Happy What I Wore Wednesday!
How is your week going? So far, so good for me! I can’t complain, but I have been in a bit of a funk. Did I ever mention that I get a case of the Winter Blues? I do. It stinks. I have to take an extra dose of Vitamin D and find the sunshine on even the darkest of days. It’s no fun, but it comes knocking on my door every winter. Just keeping things real… and if you have any tips on facing the winter blues, please do share {giggle}. Anywho, I hope that YOU are having an INCREDIBLE week. HUGS!!
You know what I find to be incredibly exciting? It’s that happy time of the week where we’re halfway to Friday. C’mon, let’s do a happy dance, shall we? *twirl*spin*jump*
Today I’m showing off a cute outfit I put together when I was heading to dinner with my hubs and sister — and then we were off to do some shopping for eyeglasses {smile}. I’m kind of addicted to eyeglasses… lol. Anwywho, there’s one part of this outfit I want to give some attention to, the necklace. Unfortunately, it’s not the most visible, but it means the world to me!
On Christmas Eve, an unexpected package arrived in the mail. As I opened up the box, I was soooo excited to see a very thoughtful gift from my dear friend, Cheryl. If you follow me on Instagram, you might have seen a picture I posted on Christmas Day. Cheryl is one of the most thoughtful and gracious people I know. I not only loved the piece, but the thoughtfulness behind it. I’m ashamed to say that this was the first time I wore it! Now, don’t be judging! Remember, I’m home in my yoga pants A LOT!!! {giggle}. I need to do a WIWW yoga pants edition.

Love Love Love the bright pops of yellow in your outfit! We had a stretch of gray and gloomy days and I found myself craving any sort of brightness.
I love Cheryl, too!! Though I didn’t get a sweet necklace, I have been blessed by her thoughtfulness as well. She is a great part of the blogging world! I have a similar yellow peacoat in my WIWW post today,too, came from the pleated poppy;)
