Who loves a good sloppy joe? ME! I thought I would try something new and add a little Salsa to mind — and nom nom nom! Salas Sloppy Joes are sure to have you coming back for more. I used the Wholly Salsa product for the first time too. One word: Delicious!
Salsa Sloppy Joes
Ingredients:
1 pound of ground turkey
I package of Wholly Salsa, flavor of choice (1 cup salsa)
1 can (10-3/4 oz) condensed tomato soup, undiluted
1-1/2 tablespoons brown sugar
hamburger buns
Directions
In a large skillet, cook your ground turkey over medium-high heat until no longer pink; drain. Stir in the salsa, soup and brown sugar. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes or until heated through. Serve immediately on buns.
Serves: Approximately 8
